  1. Congratulations on downloading TIFFCLIP, the Macintosh version!

  4. I hope you enjoy the artwork.  All are given in black and white .tif format 
  5. meant to be used on desktop publishing software such as Microsoft Word/and/or 
  6. pagemaking programs like Aldus Pagemaker.  .TIF format is a standard format 
  7. for black & white images because if the artist stores the information as I 
  8. have done, the images can be changed to other formats like macpaint format as 
  9. well as change brightness and contrast.  GIF Converter is a popular program 
  10. which can change the format of .tif's such as these here.

  13. The images here are meant to be used, however you would wish, so long as 
  14. acknowledgement is given to the artist.  Suggested use is to print them on 
  15. your personalized greeting cards for Christmas or other occassions.  I own the 
  16. rights to all the images and painted or drew them myself.

  22. 1922.TIF which is a pencil sketch of a 1922 advertisement of a woman in a wool 
  23. suit.  It won a contest several years ago and was published.

  26. Calmwave.tif is pastel painting I painted myself which now hangs in The Bridge 
  27. House, a support service for mentally disabled people in the South Denver Area 
  28. as a gift to their administration (!)

  31. Castle.tif is a scan of a photo of a painting, pastel on velvet which gives 
  32. the painting a childlike, soft appearance.  It was a rendition of a castle by 
  33. the Rhine River.

  36. Galleon.tif is a scan a photo I made from my acrylic ocean picture which now 
  37. hanges in the Fort Logan Hospital in Denver, CO.

  40. LoneCyp.tif is  scan of a phot of my acrylic painting which is now displayed 
  41. at the Raja Yoga Center in Seal Beach.  The tiff version, even in black and 
  42. white, shows the highlights of the sunset very vividly.

  45. WaveRock.tif is a scan of a photo of a drawing made with pastel pencils.

  48. Jezebel.tif is a scan of a photo of a drawing of Bette Davis' character on her 
  49. way to a dance in the film "The Little Foxes".  The original image was 
  50. published in a magazine called "The Golden Galleon" in 1977.

  53. All the scanned images here were drawn or painted by myself and belong to me, 
  54. except that those who pay for them are welcome to have use of them.
